Shipments and Returns


Packages are generally ready for shipping within 1 to 2 days after payment confirmation; for biosignalsplux products, package setting can take up to 10 business days. You can choose between picking them up in person at our offices, standard mail or expedited courier shipping.

Depending on your location, standard mail shipping can take between 7 and 15 business days to arrive and expedited courier shipping can take between 3 and 5 business days. If your destination address belongs to the EU delivery usually takes less than half the time. Packages are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

All orders have a tracking number that will be sent to you once the order is dispatched. Parcels sent by courier can be tracked on the carrier website, while standard mail parcels can be tracked using this link while in Portugal and using your national postal service tracking tool afterwards. 

When shipping to countries outside of the EU, customs clearance and import fees may be applied. Each country has its own rules and regulations (which often are even order-dependant) and we are unable to provide estimates for these costs. Imports always need to be handled by the customer on the destination.

Coronavirus / COVID-19 

We are closely monitoring the current tragic outbreak of the Coronavirus / COVID-19 and its impact on global commerce. This impact does not go unnoticed at PLUX as we are experiencing its influence in our supply chain and production which is resulting in extended lead and delivery times for some of our products which may take up from 4 to 6 weeks during this phase. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and are keeping close contact with our partners to solve these current issues as soon as possible.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a refund or exchange for something else. Please contact us to learn about the conditions that apply to your particular product. 

Returned or exchanged items must arrive to our facilities in the conditions you received them, and in their original box and/or packaging. Refunds will need to take into account any costs associated with shipping and customs (if applicable) of the parts.

In the past we’ve had orders that were lost along the way, parcels damaged during transit, fees associated with customs in our country (unfortunately customs officials don’t always understand what a returned parcel means), and other issues.
All of these are things that can make the refund process painful and unpleasant for everyone, but in the end its your call.
