Our OpenSignals (r)evolution software is designed for signal acquisition and visualization using PLUX devices. Although the current version of this software runs in a Google Chrome browser, the software is installed locally on your computer with no cloud-based interaction or architecture being involved for the exchange, storing and processing of your acquired biosignal data.
The only data exchange with PLUX servers which requires an active internet connection is conducted during the activation process of the software add-ons linked to your device. This exchange does only occur once and only device-specific information (e.g. MAC-address) is transmitted in order to check which add-ons have been enabled for the use with your device(s).
The acquired sensor data is stored locally on your machine and is not stored on any kind of PLUX cloud service. However, OpenSignals supports data exchange with the following cloud-based storage platforms to facilitate the sharing of your data within your work group:
Our physioplux Clinical is designed for signal visualization through animated graphics using PLUX devices, recording data as name & surname, birthdate, height, gender, profession, e-mail address, weight and diagnose, locally on the app, and information as name, birthdate and diagnose, as well as the electromyographic data collected during the session, on a final report, automatically recorded on the tablet, and also with a cloud-based interaction possibility, to store assessment and training data collected during the session.
Physioplux Clinical also exchanges data with PLUX servers, which requires an active internet connection, to activate the clinical applications available on the software app for each specific device. This exchange does only occur once and only device-specific information (e.g. MAC-address) is transmitted in order to check which clinical applications have been enabled for the use with your device(s).
Our physioplux Trainer is designed for signal visualization through animated bars graphic using PLUX devices. A final report, including an ID and final score, is sent by e-mail to the physiotherapist and also stored in a cloud-based platform, accessible using the web browser.
Physioplux Trainer also exchanges data with PLUX servers, which requires an active internet connection, to activate the sensors. This exchange does only occur once and only device-specific information (e.g. MAC-address) is registered.
Our physioplux Go/ physioplux Go is designed for signal visualization through animated graphics using PLUX devices. A final report, including patient name or ID and clinical condition, can be extracted to a PDF document, for the Android version, is automatically saved on the device.
